Information You Submit
Search-form entries, such as a name, phone number, or address, are sent to the third-party result provider. Our servers do not retain a copy of those search entries. A message sent to us contains only the information included in that message and is used to respond.
Automatically Collected Data
Hosting services maintain routine logs, including IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and time stamps. We review this information in aggregate to operate the service and understand page use. Cookies or similar tools may be used for basic analytics and, where applicable, advertising measurement.
What We Do With This Data
We use this limited data to run the service, address technical issues, measure aggregate traffic, and improve content. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.
Links to Other Websites
Links lead to county and state portals, library collections, archives, and third-party tools. Their own privacy notices control information submitted on those services, including any sponsored search result.
Who Might See Your Data
Hosting and support providers process logs on our behalf. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose information only when required by valid legal process.
How We Protect Your Data
The service uses an encrypted connection and keeps logs only for the purposes described here. There are no visitor accounts, passwords, or individual site profiles to maintain.
Users Under 18
The service is intended for adults and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor submitted information so it can be removed.
Your Data Rights
Texas Business and Commerce Code Chapter 541, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, provides a consumer-data framework for covered entities and recognizes defined privacy rights. Because we keep very little, a request generally involves checking the contact mailbox and applicable logs, then removing information we locate. Use the Contact page to ask. Texas, Williamson County, Travis County, and City of Leander records remain under their respective custodians.
Updates to This Policy
